My mother kept a few things left over from my childhood, some of which are my Barbie dolls and accessories, toddler dresses and the beloved Bunnykins that a lot of people seem to have. I currently use them for my own kids (heirloom in the process!). Considering since childhood I've been a clumsy, walking disaster I'm surprised they are in such good condition. They look brand new which is amazing since they are near thirty years old.
I've bought the modern version for my daughter when she was born but it is made of a strong plastic instead of the traditional porcelain. I much prefer the original material.
I use them occasionally for the kid's breakfast - in this case star shaped peanut butter toast and a cup of milk to get the day started.

Did you ever have a Bunnykins set as a kid? Have you still got any of your childhood belongings?
