I wanted to share two things with you (the mothers out there) today. The first is a set of new Islamic books for children that I received from Mohsina, a Zambian author who writes books perfect for toddlers and young children in the Muslim Home. 
I was sent three books, all of which can be purchased from here. The one I was most impressed with was the very colourful and simply written Simple Stories of the Prophets which teaches children in a very simplistic way about the lives of the Prophets - sort of like a first introduction if you like.
Each double page includes a short story and bright illustrations to catch your little reader's attention. These would be great your own kids or to purchase as gifts for others during the upcoming Ramadan/Eid.
