I remember when I started hijab blogging back in 2008 (is this really the 6th year?!) I pretty much relied on styling outfits purely from online shops and kept the graphics so - there were definitely no personal style shots of myself as I put out now. Everything was about mixing this and that straight from various Islamic design websites. I've decided to return to that every now and again as it was a bit of fun for me and a way in which to introduce you guys to some of the cutest things out there from current Islamic design companies that you may not have come across yet.
Today's focus shall be on Aab - the UK abaya powerhouse that delivers Western friendly abaya designs - some of which I need to get my hands on. Aab's simple grey polo abaya is no exception. A piece such as this can easily transition between casual day and formal night with the help of varied accessories.
Matched with an Aab hijab, this outfit of blue-greys and hints of rose gold hues really makes for an understated glam occasion.

The casual side of this abaya comes out to play with a side of pastels to brighten your day up. OK, I guess it is more of an extremely girly casual, but that's how I roll.
