The other night I was in one of those predicaments where I wanted to nibble on something sweet (aka shove sugar in my face) and so like all food addicts scanned my freezer contents while sticking my head actually inside of it. I came out unscathed from potential frostbite and ended up creating this mountain of deliciousness...

A couple scoops of cookies & cream icecream, topped with a Ferrero Rocher and sprinkled with one roughly chopped Tim Tam (chocolate biscuit for all my non-Australian readers). It hurts it's that good.
P.S: I purchased both the sundae glasses and the colourful floral tray from my local Ikea store a few months back.
